About the Authors


HOSEIN MARTIN FAZELI 
is an independent film director, living in Vancouver, Canada. His films have won 37 international awards and have been broadcasted on networks such as SBS, ARTE, and Canal +. On his site you'll have a glimpse at some of his more recent works.

LENKA GONDOLOVA (nee Krajcikova) enjoys making films on subjects that matter. Her short film, called The Blind Man (2006), which she worked on with the director Martin Fazeli, was an influence for many. 


With regards to academia, she's planning to finish her MBA at the Open University Business School in 2011. She also studies at the Law School, inspired by the interest in human rights (see the Blind Man project) and in social business (her project on environmental living ranked second in the pan-European contest sponsored by Austrian ERSTE Bank).

After taking a brreak she went back to film-making in the summer of 2010 and accepted a post-production job on a series of documentary films called THE HISTORY OF SLOVAK CINEMA where she worked with the award-winning director Diana Fabianova. 


Upcoming project 1: DELEGATE PRODUCER of Moon Inside You for Youth - an educational documentary film by Diana Fabianova about menstruation, femininity and its impact on society as a whole.  

Upcoming project 2: DELEGATE PRODUCER of Forever Young – a developing documentary film by Diana Fabianova on the social impact and expectations of aging on men and women.

Upcoming project 3: DIRECTING a documentary following her own Law School research on formal legislation of home-births in Europe and the possibilities to achieve the same in her home country - Slovakia.
